Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received. Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

Payments

Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Full payment or the required deposit must be received before services commence.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Certain third-party services and attraction tickets may be non-refundable.

Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges depending on the requested changes.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must arrive at the agreed pickup location on time, follow all safety instructions, and behave respectfully throughout the journey. Cape Luxe Travel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour endangers others.

Delays & Force Majeure

Cape Luxe Travel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, government actions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Third-Party Services

Some tours include services provided by third-party operators. While we carefully select our partners, Cape Luxe Travel is not liable for their acts, omissions, schedules, or operational decisions.

Liability

While Cape Luxe Travel takes every reasonable step to provide safe and reliable services, we are not liable for any indirect loss, delay, personal injury, theft, or damage unless such loss results directly from our proven negligence.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid identification, passports, visas, or any documents required for their journey.

Privacy

Personal information collected during bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, prices, itineraries, availability, and services may change without prior notice.
